If you are expecting an email that is not showing up in your inbox, it may have been placed in your email quarantine. This is where Outlook will send emails if they seem suspicious or are from unrecognized senders.
Follow the steps below to release your emails from quarantine.
Access your quarantine using this link: https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine
Select the emails you would like to move into your inbox.
Click the release button.
On the bottom right of the page, there will be a button that says Release message. Click the button.
Click "Done".
The emails you have just released will show up in your inbox within a few seconds. If they are not showing in your Focused inbox, check the tab that says Other.
