Student Parking Permit Tag

Vehicles parked on TXWES property shall be registered with Campus Security, no exceptions.

Student parking permits are issued by the Division of Student Affairs..

To obtain a parking permit, students are required to complete and submit a vehicle registration form.

Student Parking Permit - Commuter or Residential?

Student parking permits fall within two categories:

  • Residential
    • Students who live in the residence halls on-campus
  • Commuter
    • Students who live off-campus

When Can I Pick Up My Permit?

2025 -2026 Permits will be available for pick-up beginning August 18, 2025

Where Do I Pick Up My Permit?

Go to the Division of Student Affairs Office to pick up your permit.

  • The office is on the 2nd Floor of the Martin University Center - Suite 230
  • Please allow up to 30 minutes for the form to be processed before going to the office to pick up your permit.

Do Parking Permits Expire?

Yes, they expire. Campus parking permits are only valid for one year.
