As the Systems and Periodicals Librarian, I manage and maintain the library's systems, electronic resources, library website, and periodical collections. I also provide reference and instruction on digital file management, file naming conventions, and digital literacy.
As the Assistant Director of the Library, I am responsible for assisting the Library Director in planning, organizing, supervising, developing, and administrating all library services, personnel, operations, and programs. I also assist with budget preparation, reports, policy, and procedural matters.
A library liaison is a library faculty member who is officially designated as the key point of contact between the library and a specific academic unit, which could be a school, department, or center. The liaison also serves as an “ambassador” for the Library to the unit, promoting the Library’s resources, services, and events, and advocating for support of the Library’s needs.
