RDG 6322 : Research Practicum in Reading: Survey

2. Click on or put the following link to the guide in your computer or mobile device.

3. Use your phone to scan the QR code in  the left column.

1. The survey consists of 4 multiple choice statements and two short answer questions.  Please put your accurate answer for 1-4, and while it is not mandatory to answer questions 5 and 6, your comments are appreciated!
