Eunice and James L. West Library will be celebrating International Week 2017. From Nov. 6-13, West Library will have a book and information on display for each country represented by Texas Wesleyan University international students. Stop by to learn about the various countries and customs that make up our Ramily.
West Library will be participating in Texas Library “Snapshot Day” a library advocacy event sponsored by the Texas Library Association on Halloween. We will be compiling statistics, comments from our students, faculty, and staff, as well as taking photographs to provide a glimpse into the quintessential day to day adventures here at the library.

Join us for a Mitchell-Reed Community of Learners lecture at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7 in the West Library Orientation Room.
This lecture will highlight the 5-week experience this summer of Dr. John Fisher, Professor of Music, while living and working in Taiwan, R.O.C. From July 21 – August 26, 2017, Dr. Fisher was engaged as guest examiner for the International Piano Performance Examination Committee (IPPEC), where he heard and evaluated over 1,600 student piano performances in that country.
Join West Library for the Second Annual Wesleyan Local Author day as we celebrate students, staff, and alumni who have published with a small, indepentend press or have self-published. This year's authors include Perry Cockerell, Jacque Dodson, Linda Lee, Tamika Roberts, with special guest Michelle Hartman. The event will consist of a panel discussion and book sale.
Join us for a Mitchell-Reed Community of Learners Lecture at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 24 at the Bernice Coulter Templeton Art Studio. Artists Genevieve Armstrong and Juan Cruz will be present to give an artist talk on the art exhibition, ANIMUS, curated by Tom Motley. Brown bag lunches are welcome; light refreshments will be provided by the Office of the Provost.
