As we anxiously await the reopening of West Library, services are currently available in the Martin University Center Student Lounge, room 130, as well as online.
University Identification cards (ID)
Faculty, staff, current students, and alumni can get an ID card for the Circulation desk at the library. To facilitate safe distancing measures, make an appointment to have your ID made, then fill out the Wesleyan ID Registration Form. The first ID card is free. There is a $15.00 replacement fee. Your Wesleyan ID card is your library card.
Student parking permits are issued at the circulation desk. To request a parking sticker, fill the form out online. The form can be found on the library home page under services. Faculty and staff can request a parking sticker online then go to the campus security office located at Avenue D/Glick House to pick up their parking sticker.
To receive a permit, you must have the following information:
- Wesleyan ID #
- Phone Number, including area code
- Vehicle Information (Make, Model, Year, Color)
- License Plate #
- State in which your vehicle is registered
- The sticker should be placed on your vehicle's rear window, on the bottom left (driver's side) corner. Student permits are valid for one year.
Faculty can place textbooks, library items/books, videos, cameras, etc. on reserves.
To place materials on reserve, please print and fill out the West Library Reserve Request form and bring the items you would like to place on reserve to the Circulation Desk. Please allow up to two business days for your reserve request to be processed and available for checkout. Library items will be returned to the General collection at the end of the semester.
