This session will discuss how to combat misinformation, disinformation, and conspiracy theories using the SIFT method to fact-check websites, blog posts, and social media posts. 

  • How to Use eBooks  3/9/2023 12:30 PM

Discusses what eBooks are, the advantages of using eBooks, and then how to use the eBooks that the West Library has.  Will go into how to access eBooks, print from eBooks, and check out an eBook.  

  • Citation Management   3/30/2023 2:00 PM

This session will introduce students to the Zotero Citation management tool, where you can upload citations to resources for your research projects.  Once uploaded, you can format the list of sources in any citation style that you want and print out your bibliography
