Dr. Bruce McDonald, Professor of Philosophy and Religion, will present on his travel experiences to Japan. Brown bag lunches are welcome, light refreshments provided by the Office of the Provost.
Dr. McDonald holds a Doctorate in Ecclesiastical History from The University of Edinburgh, a Master of Divinity Theology from Asbury Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Music from The University of Texas at Austin.

The West Library will have its first ever Texas Wesleyan Local Poet’s Day, featuring poetry by authors who have a connection to Texas Wesleyan. Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate if they have published poetry in literary journals, magazines, book form both traditional or self-published. There will be time for authors to sell their books.

The Black Student Association is hosting a Read-in featuring local author Louis T. McClain II, of Arlington, Texas. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Pensacola Christian College. It was in Pensacola where Louie first discovered his passion in life-coaching troubled youth. While volunteering with Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, Mr.
