Your Wesleyan ID card is your library card. Faculty, staff, current students, and alumni can get an ID card from the Circulation Desk on the first floor of the library. ID cards are first come first serve unless you have an appointment.

Please fill out the Wesleyan ID Registration form before your appointment. Students will also need their class schedule. 

You can get a replacement student ID card from the Circulation Desk. There is a $15 replacement fee. 
 

Distance Student ID card request steps:

Email the Circulation Department circulation@txwes.edu and include the following:

• Current course schedule
• Copy of driver's license with a current address that matches your records with the University
• Passport-style photo to serve as your ID photo (headshot no images in the background)

Your ID will be mailed the same day or the following business day.
