Texas Wesleyan University issues a photo identification card ( ID Card ) to each student and employee. The ID card serves as a safety measure to prove student or employee status within the University and to allow access to University resources..
Every student is required to have a university photo identification card issued by the circulation desk which is located on the first floor of the Eunice & James L. West Library. University ID cards are needed for many purposes, including use of the library, Morton fitness center, Dora’s dining hall, University Health services, access to residence halls, and other University buildings. ID cards may also be used for admission to athletic and other University special events.
Your Wesleyan ID card is your library card. Current students faculty, staff, and alumni can get an ID card from the Circulation Desk of the library. Your first ID card is free of charge. You can get a replacement student ID card from the Circulation Desk. There is a $15 replacement fee. Fill out the ID form online. Students need to bring copy of their class schedule to their appointment.
