University Identification Card (ID Card)

Texas Wesleyan University students, faculty, staff, and alumni must have a University issued photo identification card (ID Card).  The ID card serves as a safety measure to prove student or employee status within the University and allow access to University resources.

Eunice & James L. West Library is where the University ID cards are issued.   Your ID card is your library card. You must have a current ID to enter the Morton fitness center, Dora's dining hall, University Health services, access to residence halls, and other University buildings. You must show your current ID card to enter the library after 8:00 PM.

Your first ID card is free of charge.   You can get a replacement  ID card from the Circulation department; for  $15.00.  Fill out the ID form online. Students need to bring a copy of their class schedule to their appointment.

Schedule an appointment online to take your photo ID.  https://txwes.libcal.com/appointments/wesleyanid
