West Library’s annual Holiday Celebration and Christmas Tree Auction will take place at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4. Winners of the Christmas tree decorating contest will be announced, and the auction will start immediately following the announcement. Bidding will begin at $10, with all proceeds donated to Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County.
